Joel applys 20 years’ experience in enterprise software sales & leadership to match Worksoft customers with the right automation solution to achieve their business goals. He spent the first part of the Tech career with UC4/Automic specializing in workload/IT process & Release Automation. He was a top individual contributor for a decade, before moving into a leadership role at BMC Software. His career took him back to Automic in 2015, where he helped position the company to be acquitted by CA (Computer Associates) in 2017, with landmark deals at PG&E & Walmart. Joel has spent the past three years with Tricentis, where he helped build the Western region of the Americas, increasing revenues by 5X over the past three years.
Joel spends time between Denver & Phoenix with his wife Wendy Fox. In their spare time, they follow their passion for traveling and goal of visiting a new country every year. Joel & Wendy also enjoy giving time & donations to numerous charities & mentorship nonprofits throughout the US. One of Joel's personal accomplishments he speaks passionately about is being a champion of diversity & inclusion. While at Tricentis he was the executive sponsor for the Diversity & Inclusion ERG and helped start two different internship programs with minority & women founded startups with goals of getting more people from underserved communities into the field of Technology.
With over 15 years of experience in enterprise software, both as a sales leader and a top-performing salesperson, Henry Bush has helped several startup organizations reach 'unicorn' status. He was a top individual contributor at various companies such as Salesforce, Braze, and Signavio. While at Signavio, he moved into a senior leadership role and was instrumental in the company’s growth period before its acquisition by SAP in 2021.
Elizabeth brings almost 15 years of experience in senior marketing roles crossing many areas of enterprise software, customer experience, and mobile telecommunications. As VP of Marketing at Worksoft, she combines product marketing expertise with an extensive background in communications and a passion for developing programs that build engagement, strategic value, brand awareness, and rapid growth.
Theresa Sangram, Global People Lead, comes to us with 16 years of experience in People & Culture (HR). She is a seasoned P&C partner and advisor with experience in supporting multiple business units globally, and brings a strong relationship-driven approach to the People Function. She has a background in Information Systems, an MBA and MHRM, and a SHRM-SCP Certification.
Theresa is originally from Chicago, and became a Dallas resident in 2016. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new parts of TX with her husband and daughter.
Lawrence is Head of Products at Worksoft Inc where he is responsible for Product management, Product Marketing and Technology alliances. Lawrence brings has 25 years of enterprise software experience in a variety of industries focused on strategy, operations and digital transformation programs for global Software, Consulting and Managed Services businesses.
Lawrence and his wife have three children and has lived in a variety of countries including the UK, Germany, Netherlands and the USA. In his free time, he enjoys home renovation projects and traveling to experience new countries and cultures.
